PENINSULA ORTHODONTICS ARE PROUD PARTNERS OF OUR JUNIOR DOMESTIC COMPETITIONS

Our Community Domestic Competition offers a friendly, yet competitive environment for our community of all ages and skill levels across the Mornington Peninsula. Whether you’re a junior just starting out, a seasoned player in our senior divisions, or a social player looking for some weekend fun, SPBA has a competition tailored for you.

Competition Structure

Junior Competitions (U8 – U16): Divided into various age groups to ensure fair play and skill development.

Senior Competitions (U18 and Above): Including Senior Men, Senior Women, Over 35s, Mixed, U18s and U21s.

Competitions are conducted in two main seasons each year:
– Summer Season: Runs from October to March
– Winter Season: Runs from April to September

Each season includes a grading period to ensure teams are placed in the appropriate division for fair competition.

Key Rules & Regulations

Player & Team Eligibility: All players must be registered and insured before taking the court. Teams must have a minimum of five registered players.
Age Requirements: Players must meet age group requirements as of December 31st in the year the competition ends.
Uniforms: Teams must wear matching uniforms.

All coaches and team managers of junior players must hold a valid Working with Children Check and a signed Statutory Declaration. We take member protection seriously, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
