SPBA basketball programs are designed to introduce young athletes to the game in a fun, supportive, and engaging environment. Whether your child is just starting out or looking to take their skills to the next level, we have a program tailored for them. From our Baby Sharks sessions for little beginners (ages 3-5) to Aussie Hoops Rookie & All Stars programs for developing players (ages 5-11), we focus on fundamental skills, teamwork, and confidence-building.
For older and more experienced players, the Rising Sharks Program offering a high-intensity, skill-focused training experience for U12 – U18 athletes aiming to refine their game and learn the Sharks’ style of play. No matter the level, our programs provide expert coaching, engaging drills, and a great way to enjoy basketball while making new friends.

🏀 Baby Sharks – Intro to Basketball (Ages 3-5)
A fun and engaging introduction to basketball for young kids! Coaches will focus on simple instructions, games, and skill-building. Baby Sharks is the perfect Kids Basketball Program to get started in your child’s basketball journey.

🏀 Aussie Hoops – Rookie Season (Ages 5-7, Beginner Level)
For kids starting their basketball journey, focusing on basic fundamentals. This is the best kids basketball program to start with at SPBA.
📌 New to Aussie Hoops? A Starter Pack ($42.99) is required for first-time participants.

The Rising Sharks Clinic is built for U12 and U18 players who want to grow their game and take the next step in their development. Across the clinic, athletes will be guided through focused sessions that build shooting technique, decision-making off the dribble, and creating scoring opportunities in game-like situations.
Led by experienced coaches, this clinic is all about helping young athletes build confidence, sharpen skills, and understand what it takes to compete at a higher level. Whether you’re playing domestic or pushing toward rep, this is a chance to train with purpose and be challenged in a positive, high-energy environment.
