Customer Service & Canteen Officers
Our Game Day Staff are the face of the Association at our competitions. You're the first point of contact for members, the person making sure venues are set up and ready, and the steady presence keeping things running smoothly across Dromana, Rosebud and Sorrento.
We're growing the team and we'd love to hear from members of our community who want to be part of it.
The Role at a Glance
- Greet members and answer queries during competition hours
- Set up and pack down venues
- Manage game fees, pro shop and canteen sales
- Reconcile takings at the end of shift
- Keep an eye on health and safety across the venue
What We're Looking For
- Aged 18 or older. Junior applicants may be considered for canteen-only roles
- A current Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain one
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- The ability to work independently and use initiative
- A positive, professional approach
Cash handling experience is a bonus but not essential.
Shift Times
- Monday to Thursday shifts starting from 3:30pm
- Friday evening shifts from 5:30pm
- Saturday day and evening shifts
- Sunday day and evening shifts

Junior employee rates apply: U18: 60% • 18yo: 70% • 19yo: 85%
